GUYS !PLS BEWAREEEEE OF H1N1 !!!
1. Wash your hands regularly !
-Wash before / after eatin .
- Wash after usin the toilet !
-Wash after /before usin your hands to do anything!
-Reach home?wash yr hand and bathe first okay:D

JUST ALWAYS BEAR IN MIND WITH THE THREE WORDS - " WASH MY HANDS "

Flu - Guard its spread, take cover!
Practice good personal hygiene:
-Wear a surgical mask if you are unwell and consult a doctor
-Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing and sneezing
-Never spit in public places
-Wash your hands thoroughly and regularly with soap and water, especially before touching your eyes, nose or mouth and after going to the toilet

HYGIENE IS THE WORD OKAY......
